Livestream FAQ
1. I've purchased tickets to the live stream. How do I watch it?
The show takes place on December 11th at 5PM Pacific / 8PM ET HERE. In order to access the live streams you log in to your account you created when checking out. Only one device may access an account to watch.
Note: if you did NOT create an account on checkout, create it HERE with the email you used to purchase.
Will this live stream be available for viewing later?
Replay will be available after the show ends, usually within an hour or two after upload, on the same page as the stream for existing ticket purchasers for one week (until 11:59PM ET on Dec 18th)! There is no limit to the amount of times you can watch the replay.
2. Can I buy tickets for my friends?
Yes, The player is HTML5, so as long as your phone supports HTML5 video viewing you can definitely use your phone!
What about my TV?
Yes absolutely! One way to watch on your TV is to connect your laptop or desktop with an HDMI cable to your TV and open the livestream on your computer's browser. Click here for a tutorial on connecting your computer.
Additionally, Casting/Airplay are the best options to connect wirelessly.
To watch a livestream event, please ensure you have the following:
